Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available across India. Remote areas may incur additional charges.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Mango harvest occurs between March and June (subject to weather).
• After harvest, produce is dispatched within 2–5 days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days.
• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or natural disruptions.

3. Delivery Process

• Customers receive tracking details after dispatch.
• Delivery must be accepted during the first attempt for perishables.
• If undelivered due to customer unavailability, Rent A Tree cannot guarantee replacement of spoiled produce.

4. Damage or Issues

If you receive damaged or tampered shipments:

• Take photos/videos immediately
• Email us within 24 hours at rentatreeofficial@gmail.com
• We may provide replacement or partial compensation based on courier policies.

5. Force Majeure

Rent A Tree is not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters.
