1. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations allowed within 7 days of booking AND before tree allocation.
  • Refund issued after deducting payment gateway charges.
  • Once a tree is allocated, NO refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Rent A Tree

We may cancel due to:

  • Tree unavailability
  • Farm-side issues
  • Operational constraints

Customer will receive:

  • Full refund, OR
  • Alternate tree allocation

3. No Refund After Allocation

Since this is a seasonal agricultural experience, once allocation, maintenance, or agronomy begins, refunds are not possible.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

Refunds for failed transactions will be handled in coordination with Razorpay.

5. Refund Timelines

7–10 working days after approval (bank/gateway dependent).
